Get your garage back.

We clear out Regina garages. One day. One flat price. Your car goes back in.

Flat price, in writing One-day service Fully insured
Before & After

The same garage, one day apart.

Drag the handle, tap Before and After, or tap a zone below the blueprint.

What goes

  • Broken, expired & duplicate everything, hauled the same day
  • The piles blocking your car and burying your workbench
  • Tangled cords, mystery boxes & "deal with it later"

What stays

  • Everything you keep goes up: shelving, overhead racks, tool wall
  • Labelled zones: storage, vehicle, workshop, seasonal
  • A floor with nothing on it but your car
The Method

Every item gets one of two answers.

□ WHITE
It stays.

Back on the wall. Labelled. Off the floor. Somewhere you'll actually find it.

■ BLACK
It goes.

Hauled, donated, recycled, or sold. Off your property the same day.

There is no maybe pile.

Maybe is what filled your garage in the first place.

A Reset day, hour by hour
8:00
Walkthrough

We confirm the plan and the flat price you already have in writing. Ten minutes.

8:15
The Empty

Everything comes out onto the driveway. All of it. This is the part people dread and it takes us about ninety minutes.

10:00
The Sort

You make the calls: black or white. We bring coffee. About forty-five minutes, and you'll feel lighter afterward.

11:00
The Reset

Racks go up, zones go in, floor gets swept, the load gets strapped down.

3:30
The load leaves

Donations dropped, recycling sorted, receipts back to you.

4:00
Your car goes back in.

That's the whole point.

Your garage is the biggest room in your house.

It's the only room you drive into. The one that holds your tools, your seasonal gear, your kids' bikes, and everything you meant to deal with later. In Regina it's also the difference between scraping frost off your windshield at 6 a.m. in February and getting in a car that's already warm.

And for most homeowners, it's the only room they've stopped using for its actual purpose.

A garage isn't storage. It's shelter for your vehicle, your equipment, and your time. When it fills up, you don't just lose square footage. You lose the reason you have it.

You get the room back.

A double garage is roughly 400 square feet. That's a bedroom, a workshop, and a mudroom's worth of space you're already paying for, heating, insuring, and maintaining. Clearing it is the cheapest square footage you will ever add to your home.

You stop losing things.

When everything has a zone and a label, you stop buying a second one because you couldn't find the first. You stop spending twenty minutes looking for the extension cord. The time you get back is the part people notice first.

Your vehicle goes inside.

Where it belongs. No frost scraping, no snow clearing, no cold starts, no hail, no sun damage. Regina winters are long, and a garage you can actually park in changes every single morning of them.

A clean garage tells buyers everything.

When somebody walks through your home, they're not just looking at rooms. They're looking for evidence, evidence that the house has been cared for.

The kitchen can be staged. The living room can be staged. The garage is where people find out the truth.

A garage with clear floors, labelled zones, and storage up on the walls says something a listing photo can't: the people who lived here took care of this place. If the garage was maintained, buyers assume the furnace was serviced, the gutters were cleaned, and the small things were handled before they became big things.

A garage packed to the door says the opposite. Buyers don't consciously think "this owner was careless." They just feel it, and they carry that feeling into every other room, and into their offer.

Clarity of care.

It's the clearest signal you can send about how a home was kept, and it costs less than almost anything else you'd do before listing.

Selling in the spring? Reset the garage first. It photographs, it shows, and it's the one room your competition forgot about.

Pricing

Three levels. One flat price each.

Everybody else says “it depends.” Pick your level. We confirm the number in writing before we show up.

All levels use the same Black & White Sort, and every add-on below works on any level. The Blank Slate is priced from the figures shown and confirmed after we see your photos. Prefer everything stays on your property? We can run the deep triage in your driveway over two days. Just ask.

The price we confirm in writing is the price. If the day runs long, that's our problem, not yours.
Not included on any level: hazardous waste · work above 8 ft · hoarding-level volume. We tell you now, not at your driveway. All of it is available as an add-on below.

Add-ons

Available on any level. The Deep Reset and The Blank Slate already bundle some of it. Your estimate updates live; ranged prices count the low end.

We'll take things out of your garage. And put money back in your pocket.

Some of what's in there is worth something. We photograph it, list it, handle the sale, and hand you half of whatever it sells for.

Every other cleanout company charges you to make your things disappear. We think that's backwards.

Keep it that way

A garage does not stay clean by itself.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need to be there the whole day?

Just for the Sort, about 45 minutes. You make the black-or-white calls, then the rest of the day is ours. Plenty of people leave for work and come home to a finished garage.

Where does everything go?

Donation first, recycling and SARCAN second, the dump last, and only when nothing else fits. Donation receipts come back to you with your before/after photos.

What about things worth money?

We photograph, list, and sell them. You get half of whatever they sell for. Most cleanout companies charge you to make your things disappear. We think that's backwards.

My garage is bigger than a triple. What now?

Send photos. We confirm a flat price in writing before we show up, same promise as every Reset. No surprises at the driveway.

Do you do basements or houses?

Garages only. That focus is exactly why a Reset takes one day and costs one number.
